Thank you all for your gracious and loving responses to our recent announcement. Even though it was a difficult decision for us, we know it’s a pivotal moment for the Love First community. And so far, it looks like it’s pointing in the right direction.
If you’ve been following us, you know there was an amazing Love First VBS program that was piloted at Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra, Florida last summer. It. Was. Incredible. And it was meant to run in a couple other parishes this summer. While parishes grapple with a summer with very few in-person events, some of our favorite community members got working on virtual options. We are pleased as punch to share with you the work of Catherine Montgomery, the amazing brain behind Love First VBS, who created a Love First at Home program.
This is what we had hoped would happen with this amazing community: show us what you make, and let us share it for you. It is how Love First can move forward and grow, taking the best of what our community has to offer. Thank you, Catherine, for this beautiful program!
